
BRCGS Plant – Based Certification
The facility-based PLANT-BASED certification program is based on a comprehensive management system approach and helps producers in the production of plant-based food. It includes operational and cross-contamination criteria that must be in place to make sure that plant-based products do not contain substances of animal origin. It can be carried out integrated with BRCGS-Food audit.
