Ecogruppo Italia certifies organic and eco-sustainable products according to high quality standards for over 25 years. Since 2009, Ecogruppo Italia has also been the first Italian NATRUE Approved Certifier (NAC): it has the official permission to certify raw materials and finished cosmetic products under the NATRUE label, which today identifies over 6,500 products worldwide. The NATRUE standard is applicable to both raw materials and finished products intended for cosmetic use. Formulation approval is also available: it is intended for third-party manufacturers who want to sell their formulas to brand owners so they can use them under their own brand name. Ecogruppo Italia’s headquarter is located at Catania, Sicily, and from there, it coordinates five regional branches (Piemonte, Lombardia, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria) and a team of inspectors scattered across the country.
