- BRCGS Plant – Based Certification
The facility-based PLANT-BASED Certification program is based on a comprehensive management system approach and helps producers in the production of plant-based food. It includes operational and cross-contamination criteria that must be in place to make sure that plant-based products do not contain substances of animal origin. It can be carried out integrated with BRCGS-Food audit.
Certification Process
Receiving the application and offering (The audit period varies depending on the size of the company, the number of employees and the process.)
- Signing a contract
- Audit planning
- Carrying out the audit
- Completion of the audit process
- Preparation of the audit report and, if positive, submit to the BRCGS
