The fifth and final stage of our “IFS Food Standard and Applications” seminar series, organized in cooperation with USB Certification and IFS – International Featured Standards, was held in Istanbul on November 28 with the support of TMMOB Chamber of Food Engineers Istanbul Branch.
In this seminar series, Ezgi DEDEBAS UGUR, IFS Turkey Representative and Senior Quality Manager, informed the participants about the IFS Food Standard and IFS Progress Program, while Derya Büyükyıldırım, our Food and Consumer Products Certification Manager, shared her experiences on root cause analysis, food safety culture and environmental monitoring programs based on the IFS Food Standard with sectoral examples.
