Textile Exchange Opens Content Claim Standard for Public Feedback

Textile Exchange has announced a planned revision of its Content Claim Standard (CCS) and is inviting public feedback on the current version (V3.1). The CCS plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of content claims for certified materials, providing a strong chain of custody. This revision aims to align the CCS with new standards, particularly the Materials Matter Standard, and to review policies related to Transaction Certificates and brand certifications.

The feedback period is open from July 15 to September 30, 2024. The updated standard is expected to be published by 2026.
