Textile Exchange Unified Standard Pilot: USB Certification Participated in Pilot on Recycled Cotton in Uşak, Türkiye

Textile Exchange collaborated with USB Certification audit and technical team for a pilot in Uşak between May 13-15, 2024 as part of the upcoming standard update and unification, set to be implemented in 2026. The pilot focused on auditing of a recycling site for cotton products and evaluation of the standard requirements against the backdrop of recycling industry.

The Pilot Version 1.0 of the unified standard, seeks to integrate the Climate+ Strategy into Textile Exchange’s standards, streamline a more cohesive system across all standards, and enhance consumer-facing communication.
