USB Certification has announced that, with effect from 24 March 2026, it has transferred all rights to the Regenevate certification programme to the newly established Regenerative Ecosystems Association (RegenEcos) free of charge. This strategic step is a concrete reflection of the shared belief that regenerative standards should be managed by independent civil society organisations.
Acting on the principle that reliable and independent regenerative standards must be managed through civil society initiatives, entirely free from commercial interests, USB Certification has taken a significant decision. Following the official transfer process on 24 March 2026, all rights to the Regenevate certification programme were transferred free of charge to the Regenerative Ecosystems Association (RegenEcos).
This transfer aims to further enhance the programme’s credibility within the sector by strengthening its independent structure. In this new era, the Regenevate programme will continue its activities under the auspices and vision of the RegenEcos association, operating under a civil society-based management approach.
We hope this significant step, taken for the development of the sector, will be beneficial to all our stakeholders. You can follow developments regarding the new phase of the Regenevate programme via the website https://regenecos.org/
