In line with our vision of closely following standards in the field of global food safety and quality assurance, USB Certification took part in the IFS (International Featured Standards) Annual Certification Bodies Conference, held in Berlin, the capital of Germany, on 14–15 October 2026.
Our organisation was represented at this prestigious event, which brings together leading stakeholders in the international certification sector, by our Audit Manager, Aşkın ACAY.
Current Approaches to IFS Standards and Future Audit Processes
Throughout the two-day conference, the practical application of IFS standards in the field, the latest updates to technical guidelines, data management and future approaches to certification were discussed in detail.
In sessions focusing on innovations that strengthen the reliability of global supply chains, risk-based audit methodologies, the integration of food safety culture into organisational processes, and international best practices regarding regulatory compliance were shared.
