Organised by USB Certification, our online event on ‘Allergen Management in Food Businesses’—one of the most critical topics in food safety—was successfully concluded on Thursday 12 March with strong participation from industry representatives.
Allergen management, a cornerstone of safety and compliance with standards in the food sector, was thoroughly discussed in our latest webinar. The event, held online on Thursday 12 March, provided industry professionals with important up-to-date information and practical approaches.
The session, moderated by our Director of Food and Consumer Products Programmes, Ms Fulya Kılınçoğlu, featured BRCGS & IFS Auditor Ms Selda Bayrakdar as a specialist guest speaker. During this productive event, the topic of ‘allergen management’—one of the most common challenges faced by food businesses in their compliance processes with quality and food safety standards (such as BRCGS and IFS)—was examined in full, drawing on field experience and standard requirements.
As USB Certification, we will continue to organise informative events in the coming period with the aim of supporting knowledge sharing within the sector, raising awareness, and guiding the optimal implementation of food safety standards.
