BRCGS Gluten-Free (GFCP) Certification
BRCGS Gluten-Free (GFCP) is a preventive, science-based certification program for managing the safe production of gluten-free products. The Gluten-Free Certification Program was created by consensus of consumer and industry associations, retailers, manufacturers, and government agencies. It can be carried out integrated with BRCGS-Food audit.

Products bearing the GFCP trademark mean manufactured in a facility that is strong, unbiased, and passes annual third-party audits.
Certification Process
Receiving the application and offering (The audit period varies depending on the size of the company, the number of employees and the process.)
