The 11th World Halal Summit will be held in Istanbul between 26–29 November 2025, concurrently with Halal Expo 2025. The event will be an important global meeting point for the rapidly growing halal food and lifestyle economy, which is expected to exceed US$5 trillion by 2032. The summit will showcase innovative products and solutions across a wide range of sectors, from halal food production to cosmetics and tourism. International sessions, panels and B2B meetings will lay the foundation for strong partnerships among industry representatives.
This year’s summit will bring together food producers, exporters, logistics companies, certification bodies and public representatives. Thanks to Turkey’s strategic location, the event will offer new export opportunities for domestic companies and the chance to open up to global markets. At the same time, topics such as the future of halal standards, sustainable production and consumer confidence will also be at the centre of the agenda. Hosted by Istanbul, this major organisation aims to both contribute to the development of the Islamic economy and make Turkey the regional centre of the halal sector.
