Sustainability Experience: Harper McConnell
Harper McConnell, who took up the role of Chief Impact and Growth Officer on 3 February 2026, will play a key role in shaping Rainforest Alliance’s global strategies.
Career History: McConnell previously held senior management positions in sustainability and corporate strategy at global companies such as Mars and Starbucks, leading transformation projects in global supply chains.
Financial Strategy and Efficiency: Daryl Mintz
Joining the team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on 23 February 2026 to manage the organisation’s financial operations, Daryl Mintz will focus on operational scaling and financial discipline.
Career History: Mintz is a proven professional who has previously held financial leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as Sesame Workshop and CPB, demonstrating his expertise in managing complex global operations.
