The first stop of the IFS Food Standard and Applications Seminar series, organized in collaboration with USB Certification and IFS – International Featured Standards, took place on 17th September in Izmir with the support of EIB / Aegean Exporters’ Associations.

During the seminar, IFS Turkey Representative and Senior Quality Manager Ezgi Dedebas Ugur shared the general framework for the IFS Food Standard and the IFS Progress Program with the participants. Our Food and Consumer Products Certification Manager Derya Büyükyıldırım shared her experiences on root cause analysis, food safety culture, and environmental monitoring programs based on the IFS Food Standard, enriched with sectoral examples.
