On 17–18 July 2025, the ‘Mid-Season Organic Cotton Training’ was held at the ETO Association office in Alsancak. Organised by the Organic Cotton Action (OCA), the training aimed to strengthen cooperation with small-scale producers.

The training covered topics such as cotton varieties, plant structure, pest management and field case studies. Participants had the opportunity to develop their technical capacities through practical work in addition to theoretical knowledge.

The event, which was attended by Ebru Kraja, Operations Manager of the USB Certification Food and Agriculture Certification Department, was conducted in an interactive format with the contributions of Nedim Özbek and Gülşah Ayvazoğlu Çevik.
